What are your CURRENT goals and cycle?

Goals: LBM, visible bottom two abs, build leg strength, grow upper chest

Stats: 36 5'8" Currently 180....started carb cycle diet before cycle and was down to 174..so up 6lbs of quality gains so far.

Current Cycle: T-Prop 100mg EOD, Mast Prop 100mg EOD, Anavar 60mg ED, Adex .5mg EOD Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 500iu's per week

Diet: Carb Cycle via 3J, one cheat "day" (not the enitire day) and that's leg day.

Split:

Monday: Legs, Core, walk on treadmill
Tuesday: fasted cardio, Chest, bi's, abs
Weds: OFF
Thurs: fasted cardio, Back, Tri's, Abs
Fri: fasted cardio, Shoulders, core
Sat: OFF
Sun: OFF or 45mins cardio

3 weeks into gear...going pretty well so far

I'm doing a lean bulk after coming off a strict diet. I'm hoping to rebound to a good size while staying lean. Diet is a carb cycle.

700mg Test E or C weekly
400mg Tren E weekly
400mg EQ weekly

40mcg's T3 daily
1mg Adex EOD
5iu HGH daily on non training days, 10 iu HGH on training days (blue tops)
Insulin on training days only
Prami and Nolva as needed

What are your goals and how are you going to achieve them?

Do you do your cardio directly after a workout? what sort of cardio is it moderate 130-150 heart rate or fast paced?
 
My goal is to be ready early this year for the summer, I didnt like where i was til septemeber this year. i want to be down under 10% by march.

im resting about a minute between sets right now, when usually at this time of year i would be resting an eternity. just started the cycle 2 weeks ago.

Goal-add 30lbs or close to of LBM in the next 7 months.

Currently in PCT mode.

Next cycle will be
Test e-500mg per week
Deca-400mg per week
And maybe some dbol for 6 weeks 40mg per week.
Stane at 12.5mg ed
Also will do GHRP6 along with mod grf mon- fri
During next cycle.

Im wanting to bulk buddy all through next year untill sept and then im going to do a cut in september.

My goals are to add 15lbs of muscle over the the next 3-9 months.

currently 236lbs, 6ft4, age 26

My reason for adding masteron was because ive read it dosen't convert to estrogen and can possibly help to block some of the estrogen symtoms like gyno??

I have some mast blended with tren and prop that I'm saving for a sunny day, but that's about my experience with it. It's suppose to do as you say, at least on paper anyway.

I'm surprised no one is running peps, like ghrp and grf.? I'm about to jump on that boat to help stay lean and sexy! Same benefits of gh at about 40% the cost.

Yeah that was my reason for throwing it into the mix and also dawg recomended it on a previous post of mine if i remember correctly. what is a suitable doseage if i was to add it to the next cycle around 400mg weekly sound good?

Most run it the same amount as their test.
 
I'm currently doing a long slow leaning out recomp. I'm in my last week of PCT, nuts are back to what they should be, but I'll keep on the tamox and ralox until the ralox runs out.

Goal is to be extremely lean for my next cycle starting in April which will be 17 weeks long, 16 weeks of EQ, 17 of test, with the last 7 running Anavar 50's daily.
 
Maybe a little bigger than an almond. It bothers me more some days than others too. I use to never wear a belt lifting, but now it's mandatory to keep my guts in. Haha

My previous one would ache a bit. I finally had to have the mesh patch put in. I was amazed how well the repair worked. I used to push in the hernia before the repair when it ached but the relief was only temporary.

Looks real good, I never really saw much from anavar other than using it to stay anabolic when dropping oils.

How do you feel the Var is working for you?

I think cardio is ideal immediately post training or fasted. I try to keep my HR at 140-160 BPM.

Right on, bringing up intensity should help.

What is your estimate on your body fat right now brother?

You are going to be an eating machine! That's a big jump in weight.

Re-comp's are a ton of work. I find Tren to be ideal when doing a re-comp brother.

I like Mast at a min of 350mg weekly. 400 should be just fine.

13-14 i prolly got down to almost 10 in september but that was the lowest ever.

i went on vaca and let my diet go and just now getting back on track. i think ive gaines like 5-6 lbs.

Diet is so critical. I have dieted more this year than anytime in my life and I'm loving the results. Keep plugging away. You will have that new look soon.
