What cycle for getting Lean & Hard?

Getting lean is the result of diet/cardio not steroids.

How about some stats first....age, weight, height, ~bf%, lifting experience, and cycle history.
 
10% is pretty lean, how much leaner do you want to get? Keep in mind, most people can't maintain a level much below that.
 
I can't imagine a situation that I would choose a cycle that includes test over one that doesn't.

Nope, not grouchy, just using common sense. How the hell are we supposed to give an answer when he won't tell us his lifting experience or cycle history?

Maybe he started working out last month? Now that "just" might change my reply.....lol
 
I wouldn't say grouchy, he just was forced to ask the same question 3 times, sounds patient to me... By the time my old man had to ask a question for the third time, the question came with a a wodden kitchen spoon to the back of the head.
