What do I use?!?!

Hey I'm 20 years old, kind of on the chubby side, 6'1 and 180 ibs. I'm finally dieting, and consistently working out 5-6 times a week. I am looking to cut my body fat, gain muscle mass and strength. One of my main concerns about taking steroids is that I already have VERY thin hair, I don't wanna lose hair or have it go any thinner. My friends are on steroids but won't help me out. So I resort to this, I need help creating a good first cycle, telling me everything I will need to take.

Well I am going to end up using them sooner or later anyways, so I'm just looking for stuff I can use I probably won't start my first cycle till I'm 21 (which isn't to far away). So I'm just looking for some serious help.
 
6'1" 180 and on the chubby side?? Hard to imagine buddy. But lets take a real good look at your diet. Post up an example of your workout and diet/supplements that you are currently on. Also can you get an accurate bf% measurement at your gym? Do you already have a compound in mind for your cycle?

Well I'm not that chubby, just got like man boobs and a gut. And diet wise I'm just watching what I eat, staying away from calories and eating tuna, white eggs stuff like that. As for supplements I'm taking IsoFLEX whey protein, and cycling Cell-Tech Creatine. I will try to get my bf%, as for compound in mind, my cousin was convincing me to take winstrol with him, but I heard about the hair loss with that. And here's my work out routine:
Monday:
Chest
Tuesday:
Biceps and Back
Wednesday:
Legs
Thursday:
Shoulders and Triceps
Friday & Saturday:
Abs and Intense Cardio
Sunday:
Rest
Ps. I do cardio basically everyday, I just go hard on Friday and Saturday
 
Don't juice until you got a couple years of good training under your belt. The reason for this is because your joints need to become stronger. On juice your muscles will get strong really fast and your joints wount have time to catch up and you'll damage them.

Another thing I learned from this website is that at the age of 21 your growth plates havent closed yet so there is still a chance you will grow a bit more. Taking juice will close your growth plates and stop any more potential growth.

Just keep training and stay on this site. Keep reading and asking for advice. I've only been here for about a month and a half and I've learned so much.

If you really wanna burn fat try kickboxing or MMA training. You get a killer workout and learn how to kick ass at the same time. The power is addictive.
 
The Boss is right. Winstrol (winny) is somewhat of a cutter, BUT it will also dry you out and stop collagen synthesis as well. This is the last compound you should take at your age. Ive done cycles before in the past and also have been reading a shit ton of info on here. You should do the same. What I recommend before you do a cycle is stay on the creatine for a while. Get a pre workout drink (n o explode or superpump250) with about 3-4 grams of L-arginine in the AM. Check your creatine and see how much sugar it has. But do these for a month or two with a good balanced diet to see what you are capable of without juice. I understand the motivation behind wanting to take juice. If you go to the diet forum 3J has a sticky about diets. You can basically write yourself out a diet, post a thread for him to give you advice on, and give your natural self a chance. LOL. I just started training again really hard natural with the exact same supplements and have cut 1.5% bf in a month. My muscles are getting bigger, abs more defined, and my joints are gettin prepped for my next cycle which is going to be fuckin amazing. If nothing else at least do little more research about what you are gonna put in your body. Good Luck bro
 
Thanks a lot guys, I won't take roids then. I'll train hard, I was just curious cause more than half of the people at my gym are on juice (including my friends and cousins) and they're all huge. I got another question if you don't mind, do you guys know of any good type of creatine. I heard the one I'm taking now is like 80% sugar (Cell-Tech by Muscle Tech).
 
And thats why it taste so good.Always read the ingredient labels. Be careful about how much salt and sugar is in a product. Many weight gainers are mostly sugar.Some creatines will make you run for the toilet a few minutes after taking it. Some like Sumper Pump250 others like NO Explode.

Look up the term aromatase. This is present in fat cells and converts testosterone into estrogen and gives you manboobs amongst other things.
