what do u do when u draw blood while aspirating?

i drew some blood today while aspirating and blood got into the syringe? What do you do then? I just threw it away just in case. And started again.

Pull the pin out...change needles ...then inject in different area...fyi its your blood its ok to put it back...
don't throw the shit away its still good

Happened to me a couple days ago I just pulled half way out put it back in at a different angle and aspirated again and injected both blood and oil into the muscle

haha thats what i always did. probably better to swap out tip for a new sterile / sharp tip to b safe...

Always did?? How many times have you hit a vein? I've done hundreds of injects and never landed in one.

I probably never hit a vein (like this guy) but I have had blood in the needle (capillaries or w.e). to be safe just re-pinned Bam!

Pull pin almost all the way out change angle and go back in.

Im in the same boat, and only do quad injections..

And by the way, just having a little bit of blood in the syringe isnt "hitting a vein".

If your truly in a vein once your completely pinned and aspirate, what ever amount your aspirate will COMPLETELY fill with blood with ease. Just saying cuss ive seen a drug addict friend of mine inject oc one time and when he aspirated to make sure he was in a vein that whole syringe filled pretty damn quick with blood.
