WOW. :gay::elephant::gay:

I actually choose not to listen to music either. The gym i goto usually has decent rock music playing anyways. Thats good enough for me.

All you metal heads should check out a band called "Amon Amarth" Their 2 most popular songs are "Twighlight of the thundergod" and "war of the Gods"

They're kinda like some Viking deathmetal band but they rip it!! Great for lifting.

Disturbed always gives me a good workout, as well as Papa Roach.

If it's a little easier kind of day such as weekends I'll listen to some Chevelle or Shinedown.

Tonight it was the Glitch Mob. Yesterday it was Celldweller. Tomorrow it will probably be Skrillex's new EP... Because surprisingly, it does not suck.

So im old school lol......Pantera,Dio,Disturbed,Metallica,Megadeth,Ozzy,Black Label Society,Skid Row,Iron Maiden,Rush,Guns and Roses,Black Veil Brides,Mastadon,Five Finger Death Punch,Queensycyhe

I used to train religiously with my mp3 player but i would always have this stupid problem where the ear-buds would fall out mid set and distract me, Plus music would grab more of my attention than focusing on the lift sometimes. I think listening to music you really like sometimes could be more distracting but anyways when i do, i love listening to death metal and stuff that hypes me up like The Browning, Thy Art Is Murder and Molotov Solution (New album is absolute tits)
