What do you think of this routine?

Monday
chest and abs

Tuesday
back and forearms

Wednesday
quads abd calves

Thursday
bi's and tri's

Friday
Hams and abs


I do cardio at the gym, where i work is sufficient...also I am a hard gainer. Any suggestions.
 
i think incorporating and moving wednesdays routine with fridays will yeild beter results. this gives you 3 days rest per week which for most is a benefit.

also add some shoulder work on chest day.
