i would start it off but im at work right now lol i will post my leg workout and a pic of my legs
for results... i gotta warn you though i havent shaved my legs in a while lol.. i keep weight moderate
i dont do too heavy weight because i like to feel the major burn/pump instead of my ligaments cracking and
snapping due to heavy weight -_- heavy weight doesnt work out for me.

4 sets of calves open/normal/closed stans 7/7/7= 21
3 sets of leg extensions 15-25 reps SS with squats holding a 45 plate
3 sets of squats SS with lunges 10-20
3 sets of lunges SS with stiff deadlift 10-20
3 sets of standing leg curls SS with lying leg curls 10-12
10 mins of slow cardio to get the legs relaxed and 10 minutes of stretching at end.

feel free to critique this workout i know it may not be perfect but i like it.. it keeps me going and
i feel it from begining to end.. massive burn try it out and let me know.

Id try throwing in some hack squats and leg presses..always good idea to keep switching up exercises, reps, sets ect.
I split up quads and hams into different days. I do.hams with arms.

Quad workout:4-5 sets leg ext 15reps.
4set leg press 12-15 reps
3sets hack squat 10-12 reps
4 sets front squats 10-12
1min rest between sets.
If I'm not already dying at the end ill do leg ext FST-7 style.

Hams: 4 sets leg curls
4 sets straight leg DL
4 sets standing leg curls
4 sets of inner thigh abducters. And 4sets for outer thighs

nice i used to do a split between quads and hams as well. i switch it up as well that's
just what im doing this month. i might be trying your leg workout next month it looks intense bro.
btw BADASS avatar lol

Leg day is the best day ever! If I don't feel nauseous, I'm not working hard enough.
After warm ups I start with heavy squats below parallel. Then:
Stiff legged deads
Heavy leg presses
Smith machine lunges
Standing leg curls
Leg extensions
Glute machine kickback (it's a chick's machine, but boy do I look good doing it! "Don't act like you're not impressed...")
I do 4-6 sets ranging from 6-12reps
I do calves separately on two other days

I rotate rep ranges every 2 weeks from 4-6, 8-12 and 12-20 but here's my basic layout.
I'm focusing on hamstrings:
Romanian Dead Lifts: 2-3 sets, This is swapped for Squats High Bar style every so often.
Machine Leg Press No Lockout: 3-5 sets
Seated Leg Curl: 3-5 sets
Leg Extension: 3-5 sets
Sissy Squats: 2-3 sets

So far i feel like 12-20 works best for fastest results. Training for strength right now and that setup is doing really good for me, i just hit 405 x 5 on Romanian's KICKED MY ASS. Took a serving of N2 Amp and KILLED IT.

405 on Romanians?!?!?!? Fuck you're a beast!
Right on!

I'm a powerlifter so my training is a bit different. It normally goes as follows:

Squat Variation: work up to heavy single, double, triple
Deadlift Variation: 3 sets of 3-5 reps
Leg Press: 3 sets 15-20 reps
Leg Extensions: 3 sets 12-20 reps
Kettle Bell Swings: 3 sets 12-15 reps

I have pretty big legs, like can't fit into flat front dress pants or most brand jeans.

Impossible for me to post my leg workout because my last week leg workout could be so much different this week, whatever I'm in the mood in

Haha This suckssss... my pants are starting to get tight, and i hate it haha, not having big legs, but the fact that my pants are getting tight

With legs I do mix it up between very heavy low volume & mid heavy. Low='s 8-12 reps 25 sets. Mid=s reps in the 20 range and still hitting 20=25 sets.

Typical Legs: squats 4-6 sets, hack 3 sets, presses 4-6 sets, seated extensions 6-8 sets, lunges 3 sets, machine curls 3 sets, and multiple sets with different machines such as hip abductors and theigh extensions.

Usually takes me around 1.5-2hrs to complete..with about 1 minutes of rest between sets.

I also hit calves about 2 times a week on different days than my actual "leg" days

wow nice legs bro no homo... and 405 pounds on romanian?!?!!? thats enough to split my upper body from lower body lol seems that all leg workouts are somewhat alike in ways.i just did leg yesterday and by midway i felt like i had a at up my ass.. u ever seen a penguin on crack walk? lmao.. VLADIT i find my jeans getting a little tighter as well..BEASTINTHEEAST i find that higher reps work better for me to as far as legs goes as well. theres something about lifting heavy in legs that doesnt feel right.. it hurts but it doesnt burn or gets me pumped enough.DD55 lmfao! i do those too sometimes.. girls love a guy with nice glutes man. awesome posts guys.

Dude it is so damn hard, you have to have everything right otherwise the weight doesn't move. I think i'm structurally built to deadlift too i'm pretty tall 6 foot 3 and 240Lbs with a small frame. Hip drive plus keeping your back flat/arched is really hard but i love it because it builds the shit out of your lower back/traps/forearms/hamstrings even the quads because the weight is really heavy. Going heavy is really weird on legs because you have to move slow and it will play mind games on you that you might end up stopping short of failure. Only way to know is to GO for it, I really like higher reps though. Sick legs posted above, when i drop down a little more i'll get some pic's up :)

I Workout my legs Every saturday & do the same leg session every sat. for 4 weeks then switch it around for another 4 weeks, and so on. Now doing this:

Squats, 2 warm-up sets, stretch, 2/3 working sets (heavy, 6-8 reps) 1 ''burn'' set (low weight, high reps 10-15)

SUPER SETS leg press 3 x heavy sets 6-8reps & 3x leg ext. 8-10 reps moderate weight.
& 1x 'burn' set low weight 10-15 reps & 1 leg ext low weight 10-fail reps (also superset)

SUPER SETS (Again) 3x front squat, moderate weight, 6-8 reps 3x walking DB lunges moderate weight 6-8 reps.

Leg curls on machine, 2 warmup, stretch, 3 working & 1 fail 8-12 reps

stiff legged deads 4x 8-12 reps

After such a workout I'm burnt!!

i find it best on squats to treat light weight as heavy and heavy as light. if i've got 80% of my 1rm or more i go down quick and explode up, as fast as possible. light weight, down slow up slow.

Squats 6x8-12 or Deads 6x4-8
Leg Press 4x8-15
Leg Curls 3x8-12
Leg Extensions sx8-12

Pretty simple, I dont do nearly as much for legs as I used to and I feel I do fine with this way. I do calves twice a week.

Thanks man, this workout only takes me about an hour or a little over it and thats with doing calves and abs at the end. Honestly this is nothing compared to what I used to do. I find a do better with lower volume on legs. When I used to do tons of sets and reps for legs it would take me 4-5 days to recover and I felt like I was overtraining.
