What Foods do you guys eat that you dont really see on peoples lists?

Ive noticed mostly its the basics of oats, eggs, chicken, lean steak but how come you never see simple things like sashimi, Ground turkey with spaghetti sauce, Pork....I like to eat those things but I never see it on peoples lists. Any suggestion on other things you guys eat?
 
Basically are things like that ok to eat on a cycle like ground turkey is but what if with spaghetti sauce...tuna but with a table spoon of miracle whip, etc...will these small things make that much of a difference?
 
You basically just want to watch your macros man. Eat whatever you want to get to your 300g protein, 400carbs, 150g fat, 3500 cal (these are just examples). Obviously eating some things will give you a cleaner bulk than others...

Using your example of Ground Turkey and Spaghetti sauce... ground turkey is awesome, but how much sodium and sugar is in the sauce? If there's a lot then you're probably better off putting something else on the turkey that better suit your goals (clean bulk, cutting, straight up bulk).

Edit: Also, having some ground turkey with spaghetti sauce or tuna with miracle whip won't ruin you if it's not an every day thing or a very small amount. All about Macros and balance.
 
If you don't mind cooking or love to cook then the sky is the limit for you. Go to youtube and look up healthy recipes, and find what works for you. You can rock out anything from pizza to burgers. Most things have a healthy variation. For example you can make your own sauce for that spaghetti, and then when you add in wheat noodles, and your turkey sausage you are good to go.

Yeah I actually really enjoy cooking so that is actually where my question originated from. As far as the spaghetti I usually use brown rice pasta but lately have been staying away from alot of carbs at night. I spend alot of time looking at recipes and seeing how I can tweak them to keep it healthier. Ill just stick with oats, eggs, chicken, turkey, steak clean eating while on a cycle though. Thanks
