I don't know if this is possible, but you *might* be able to only allow ppl one ip address per username. Don't know if it's possible, but it could make posting your information somewhere useless. I don't know if this is possible yet. But I know you guys can view any member's ip right? Or do they have to post to view the ip?
And also like NeoPervert said, phpBB boards have usergroups and you can customize what forums certain usergroups are allowed to view.
I wish you luck with all this legal bullshit.

Ip Addresses with ISP's like AOL, Microsoft, ect. supply varying Ip's everytime you connect to the internet. Also anyone in a network behind a router would also be screwed.

Simple way to solve the problem is to appoint a few of the longtime posters/users who are here very often as mods and let them deal with the day to day removal of material that you are getting complaints about. This way you don't have to remove the material, all you have to do is message the mods and they will do it for you. And if the person keeps posting copyrighted material the mods can deal with the poster in a manner they see fit.
