Always remember, any country's narcotic task force only wants big fish. They only use small fish to testify against big fish. They could keep there eye on you though..postal wise. Meaning don't have anything mail to your registered address.
Seems to me it would all boil down to bang for the buck for the cops...it would cost them huge amounts of money to go after every single customer and they just wont do it...they would most likely be happy with shutting down the operation and perhaps if the books show a few very very large bulk customers, they would go grab them...avg guys like us will likely only have to worry about finding another good source ..not any legal issues.

As everyone mentioned above, no they most likely wont go running after you. Especially in Canada.. Laws regarding gear up there if I'm not mistaken are pretty lenient.

All those methods of payment you mentioned are trackable, any smart underground does use those paper trails as a method of payment

With all the stipulations with Western Union.....I'm pretty sure any source accepting that method in Canada is using real ID as opposed to fake ID, which = a paper trail

Could they ... Sure, would they...I highly doubt it. They are interested in the dealer not the end user. Now if they decide to scour the records, and see someone buying 100grand worth, they might raise an eyebrow. But you and me will never have to worry.

From my understanding, going after the small fish is not going to happen. The laws stipulate it is not against the law to have the stuff and use it. Therefor prior transactions are not an issue if its already in your house unless of course you have a stock pile then it would not be personal use. They can prove you bought it but can only charge you if caught buying it, if ya get what I'm saying.. When a lab goes down and they really want to catch the big buyers they will keep shop open in an effort to catch the bigger fish.
This where loyalty to a lab comes into play, stay with the same lab for a while build a rapport with the rep and if something is up then your gonna know just by mannerisms of emails and such that something is wrong. I strongly believe this and laugh when I see people trying to save 5$ on a bottle when what they have works .. I know in Canada there is a new lab that pops up daily and sometimes prices are rock bottom but I never forget that.... the best might not always be the cheapest, but it will always be the best....

We have a fucked up government right now, extremely right wing conservative, but also looking to allow heroin to be legal under the same system as pot is here. Steroids were never 'villianized' up here like in the US. We had the Ben Johnson scandal, but other then that, nothing.
