what is overtraining ???

hello
I have problem.I don't know if I'm overtraining or what because my pecs are not growing at all, while my arms and shoulders are getting huge.I do my body parts only once a week except triceps.Triceps I do like 2 times a week because of shoulder press.
Monday Bench
1 X 10 @ 105 lbs Incline Flys:4 X 8 @ 65 lb. DB’s
1 X 10 @ 145 lbs Flat Flys:4 X 6-8 @ 55 lb. DB’s
1 X 8 @ 215 lbs.
1 X 6 @ 235 lbs.
1 X 5 @ 255 lbs.
1 X 4 @ 275 lbs.
1 X 3 @ 295 lbs.
2 X 8 @ 255 lbs.
Is this too much or should I hit them up twice a week,or change my program.I was thinking about that 5X5 ???:Pump:
 
8 sets of bench PLUS 2 other exercises???

I think you need to cut down on the bench, or put it in twice a week,, maybe even try doing flat bench bench presses for like 5 sets one chest day, and maybe the next chest day, do incline bench presses, or something like that (with other chest exercises of course). I was having trouble getting my chest bigger (mostly upper chest). So that's what i did. First chest day i'd do bench press (flat bench), incline DB press, and flat bench fly's. Chest day number 2, i'd do Incline Bench Press, flat bench DB's, and Decline DB's, and it started working for me more,,, just keep switching things up.
 
I couldnt agree more with big.....Try to get in atleast 2 other excersizes.....inclines, and declines are awsome......dumbbell presses, and whatever else you can do at your gym. But dont do only bench!
