I am planning on taking Estra-4,9,11-triene-3,17-dione (trenavar) and I was wondering if would be best to take it orally or make a transdermal? If transdermal what would be the best one to choose from pre made or should I buy one then add some DMSA phlojel. Also I might take epistane or halodrol
