What is the best way to stop/reduce water retention and reduc high blood pressure????

What is the best way to stop/reduce water retention and reduce high pressure?

Does Nolvadex reduce water retmetion like letrozole?

What is the safest diuretic?

Are there any natural products that reduce/hinder water retention and lower blood pressure?

im dealing with HIGH blood pressure with everything im taking. was getting throbing brain aches. aspirin helps and hawthorn berrys and LOTS of water will significantly help with blood pressure. Aspirin taken at night has recently PROVEN to reduce blood pressure in a study done on older people. would assume the same applys for all people.

dandelion is supposed to be a good diuretic, it is nicknamed "bed-wetter" in Europe from what I understand. Do you not have health insurance?

I drink a ton of distilled water, keep my sodium low and use Letro on cycle. I also supplement CoQ10 and Garlic.

I'm also naturally a high anxiety dude so I went back on 10mg Lexapro ED and I'm as calm as ever, which is difficult considering I'm running Tren.

Good luck man.

dont use nolva for estrogen controle. i like letro at a LIGHT DOSE! 0.25-0.5mg eod-every 3 days. (usallly cut the pill into 4 parts and take 1 part every 3 days. works nicley.

nolva only bloke estrogen at soem spots letroa nd other"AI's" lower it wich is what you would want.

I like Letro to!
I like da way it is an anti-estrogen and a test stimulator all in one!
It is da bodybuilders fave for getting rid of water rtention and therfore high blood presure!
I read on wikipedia that it has less side effects than Clomid!
Is this true?
The only problem with Letro is its cost!

letro isnot alot whyn tou look at fact they have each "dose" at 2.5mg and you only need 1/4th that. "about 0.6-0.5mg" e3d

if you have free healthcare, have hypertension and are retaining water, one of the first things your doc will do is put you on a diuretic, why not go that route?
