So I've run GH in the past and done it everyday, 5 on/2 off. I think I got better results running it ed though.
What's everyone else's experience with it (not just what they've read obviously)?
Has anyone tried it 4 days on/1 day off, then 1 day on/1 day off? (saw this on another board)?
I have 1200iu's just waiting for me in the fridge right now
