Sounds like ignorance is stopping yours. The only REAL reason why a doctor wouldn't prescribe is due to off-label use being somewhat an issue right now. As aromatase inhibitors are still listed for female patients, many docs are leery about it. I would DEMAND a hormone panel with E2/TSH/Total test/SHBG/cortisol/glucose/ALT/AST/BUN/Creatinine/CBC/Hematocrit. If he can't be responsible enough to manage all that comes with testosterone replacement therapy (TRT), he shouldn't be practicing that kind of medicine period.
