What signs of developing gyno

itchy, puffy or sore nipples are early signs of gyno and indicate it is time to start the appropriate AI.

any one of these signs is a strong indicator!

by the time one feels the small lump around the nipple /behind it, gyno is there but can still be reversed if caught early

I actually got my first Gyno scare resently. I wont bore you with the events that lead up to the gyno. The way it played out for me was:
Day 1 sesitive lefy nipple. By the end of Day 1 the nipple hurt. By the end of day 2 it felt like it was going to pop. Day 3 I could feel a lump the size of a BB behind the nipple and I started taking Letro. The lump got to the size of a pea (felt like it was on fire and hurt lile hell) before the letro kicked in. I followed the following protocal and the lump is totally gone....100% gone.
You maybe asking yourself why I waited so long to start slamming the Letro. Simple, my Internet searches convened me that more than likely it was in my head. Even when my nipple felt like it was going to pop I was being told it was in my head and that it was a result of my playing with it and making it worse. Once I felt the lump I knew I was fucked

So what did I lean from this? Get regular blood work, when I get backne and start holding water it's time to up the Adex. Between the blood work and the backne I can keep a close eye on my estrogen.

Good luck

So I have a question. What happens if you start post cycle therapy (pct) early in fear of gyno and you are just paranoid? What are the consequences of that?

hit the nail on the head here

PCT is post cycle therapy.

Are you talking about cutting your cycle short, or just adding clomid/nolva DURING your cycle so supress gyno?
