What do you guys take on a daily basis:

Here is what I take:

Multi Vitamin (this one is high in B-vitamins)
Vitamin E (to supplement the Multi)
Glucosamine/Chondroitin
ALA (500mg)
Saw Palmetto
Omega 3s
Tyler's Liver Detox

How about everyone else?

And on a separate note, what can be used to raise HDL without affecting LDL too much. My last blood test showed my total cholesterol to be 112.........but my HDL was in the 40's, too low for my liking, what can I do to raise it? I was thinking on supplementing Policosanol........maybe I'd be better of leaving it alone?

BTW, I believe using too much Ldex was the culprit in driving HDL too low.............for all you newbies, start small on the dosage, you dont need 1mg ED for 500mg test!!

Those are good --except the Saw Palmetto which lowers DHT. Bad stuff.

I take a bunch of things but they're all health related. Nothing is anabolic. Nope, not pro-hormones or 1-Test or any of that crap. The stuff that comes closest is the herbs that lower SHBG and allow for more free T. For now, that's the best there is.

Other than that, it depends on your needs and goals. And enhanced athlete has different needs than an endurence athete, or a guy with a slow thyroid, or a guy with joint problems or anxiety or high cholesterol etc, etc.

thanks for the response nelson.

i was taking the saw palmetto just for prostate health, as i know Anabolic Androgenic Steroids (AAS) can have negative effects on that. refresh my memory, what effects can lowered DHT have?

and how about my cholesterol question? i'm going back on a test cycle soon, and just want to try and prevent my lipids from getting too out of whack.

and nelson, what health-related supplements do you recommend. especially for someone who is good health, but just wants to take precautions while cycling.

thanks bro.

DHT is necessary to acheive an erection and will affect its quality. It also makes muscles "hard." And it prevents gyno.

Apple pectin, EFA's and Polisosinol and Niacin are good for HDL cholesterol. Your cholesterol profile isn't that bad. Your overall is actually a bit low. More oil! More eggs!

What supps are good? That's too much to answer in on shot. Maybe when I have more time.
