one would want to suggest for a newby doing a cutting cycle for a fitness contest?
my freind has not done a mass cycle ever, so is not above his natural maximum weight.
however he is in shape and has good size for a natural.
he wants to do this fitness type show, and needs a little bit of an edge..........more muscle fullness and cuts.
so what would be a minimum recomendation?his lean mass is about 215..........
