What's a good day during week to do Clean and Presses?

Monday Legs

Tues Chest, Shoulders, tri's

Wed off

thurs Back Bi's

Sat Little shoulder arm work

My training consists of the core compounds for building size, Squat, DL, Bench and do ancillary work around that.

? I want to mix it up a little when would be a good time to Clean and Press I love that exercise just dont know how to incorporate it into my routine considering Im already the 3 major compounds? Also what else would you do the day off Cleans? Thanx again,
 
if you do dl with back i don't know if i would do both every week, maybe alternate each week between dl and clean and press on back days

Personally, I have never seen it become an issue with people doing deads/cleans every week. As long as nutrition / rest is adequate and you have proper, planned deload periods the CNS should be fine.
 
Say I start my week out doing Shoulders. What dou you think about 5 sets clean and press to start. 2 warm-ups 10-12 reps then 3 sets 8,6,3-5 rep? After Cleans maybe 3 sets of DB LAterals either to the front or side like 10 reps. Then 3 very heavy sets of shrugs. Shrugs are my heaviest exercise in the gym I love doing them. Usually play with 1st set 225lb. Then 2nd 315lbs for 10, then 405 for about 6-8.
