Whats everyone's favorite muscle group to train?

Squats. Because I train legs at planet fitness. I take all the plates. Make loud noises. And everyone hates me. I love it.

What does "training lifts" mean?

As a bodybuilder would train a weaker muscle group to promote symmetry and hypertrophy, my goal is to train a lift to be faster, more explosive, and more efficient. You compete by posing, I compete in the Squat, Bench Press, and Dead Lift.

Where as you may note, "In my FLS the peak on my left bicep is weaker than the right, I need to focus on the left side first, then match the rep range with the right so they even out...", I can note in the same fashion, "My Dead Lift is weak at lockout, therefore I need to do chain suspended good mornings to add strength to my glutes and hip flexors to strengthen this area"

You train the squat, the deadlift, the bench, etc. You try to become stronger and more technically proficient at a lift itself instead of a body part.

Lies. Everyone knows you bring a little potty to the gym with you so you can teach that naughty bench to stop piddling on the floor and use the toilet like the big squat rack does. Duhhhhhh.

Lol, I'm tempted to start squatting where the bastards at my gym curl since they're always curling in my squat rack hahaha

Arms.. Just cause my arms get so veiny.. It would probably be legs if they weren't hairy and white

Cause being hairy and white doesn't show veins as well..
