whats the best injection site

im about to start a new cycle never did my glutes becuase i do it myself and not very flexible lol, but considering pinning my delts this cycle instead of quads any advice or suggestions?
 
besides glutes which are least painful , i like how easily accessable quads are to do , on the other hand alot of people say that they hit nerves and cant walk the next day so they dont like them , i like quads , delts are ok , but honestly maybe the worst in my rotation because i hate not being able to move my arm properly more then anything , effects all my lifts , but definetly add moreinjection sites , it prevents scar tissue buildup from injecting the sames spots over and over
 
I've heard delts are the best with a couple buddies, they can get away with slin pins and there is noticeable Site growth, which kinda steered them away from glutes. This is only bro science though.
 
spot injections do not make that muscle grow more , thats a myth , your delts or any muscle will not get bigger just because u pin them , not true

The best injection site is the one that you can safely and steadily inject into. I'm willing to bet that most pip is caused by folks that are really nervous and straining to get that oil into their bodies. For that reason, I prefer quads (easy to self-inject and maintain a steady hand) and delts as you can hold yourself steady with your non-pinning hand to make sure you aren't jerking that needle around. Take your time and make sure you're as hygienic as possible.

No doubt quads are the easiest. Ventroglutes are also another good spot and very easy to reach and can hold a good amount of oil. It can be a little tricky getting the spot down but once you got it down it's very easy.

Essentially pain free, easy, best I've found. Dorsal glute- little hard to reach, quads- not bad either, tad more PIP for me.
 
First glutes then delts then tri's for me, ive tried quads 3 times and could barely walk for a week after. Everyone kept asking if I fell or something lol
 
Quads give me bad pip! I use vetro gute. Next cycle im going to try delts but worried it will mess up my lifts.
 
I had a question on this, when I'm sitting/laying down in the quad pin stance, I can flex my legs, I can literally see the muscle pop out of my legs, is it really necessary to get it real deep in there, I could easily slin pin the muscle that comes out, but I'd think that aspiration would be difficult with such a small needle, or come at the muscle from the side instead of going straight into bone area. Wouldn't it make sense to pin kind of like how a IV goes in (like at an angle), instead of jabbing it in right close to the nerves?
 
i like triceps most. if there will be PIP , it doesnt bother in daily life. If leg hurts, walking sitting is all problem.
Shoulders can also be problematic if you try to sleep on your side. when you sleep all night on injection site, in morning it really annoys
 
glutes or nothing else for me.... when i first started pinning I was doing quads just because of ease of access.... terrrrrrrible mistake... usually you can pin quads no problem, with the occasional nerve getting in the way and making your leg twitch... but im pretty damn sure i went thru a big vein or something one time (which is the last time ive ever pinned quads) and the whole front of my leg swoll up for a good 3 to 4 days and it was all red and burned/itched real bad... its too risky, in my opinion, to pin quads. There is way too much to hit in there compared to glutes, and minus glutes being hard to reach sometimes on your own, they are virtually the safest place to pin... cut you butt cheek into 4 sections (into halves twice), visually, and pin in the upper/outter section and you'll be smooth sailing from there
