whats the best way to use glucose disp. agents?

can someone tell me the right way to use a glucose disposal cocktail? Ive been reading about r-ALA, chromium, and vanadyl as supplements to help fat loss during CKD. but the timing of when to take these confuses me. before a meal? after?

Ditto, but I'm also a price conscuious consumer.

I generally only eat trace amounts of sugars, but I do eat carbs. Would this be beneficial to me?

they are all pretty cheap. the most expensive is the rALA. but even that was only about $22.00. chromium and vanadyl are both less than $10.00 each.
