I logged on here for the same reason.I placed my first order with them like a month ago received quick responses through email with job and received my stuff in a week. I placed another order and sent money last Monday and I still haven't received it nor has he replied to email

Another thing where are all the reps or whatever they are called for pinnacle that always talk so good about them now? A response to why nobody can get in touch with jb and not receiving stuff is all were asking for.I'm ok with having to wait a little longer but this type of thing you should let people know about before hand or if they are waiting. I just hope this all works out as I was planning to make another order soon the first order was great with responses and shipping time

I ordered on the 2nd, received WU info on the 3rd, sent $ on the 5th and haven't heard anything since.

WU has an option to send a text message when $ is picked up. I never got a text from them, but don't know if that service is reliable or available everywhere. Anyone else use it?
