Flat BB
Incline DB
Decline BB

Dips 3 x 10 - OR - cable presses


Fridays
Flat DB

I like this one too alternating 5X5 for a couple of weeks then pyramid for a couple of weeks (8,5,2,5,8) I also alternate which exercise I start with Flat, incline, and I switch out decline with incline every other week.
 
I love any Incline movement then I like moving to a pec fly and then finish with another pushing movement but I can no longer flat BB bench due to rotator cuff pain.
 
No such thing as over training in my opinion. Only under eating. If your diet is in check and you're making good gains, stick with it. Every 3 months or so I like to take a week off. Helps me fully recover. After I get some rest im usually a savage. To each his own man. Everyone one is different. Find what works for you and stick with it.

I agree with you on this.. All depends on your age and how fast your body recovers normally and how long you have been working out. My one buddy can hit chest for 2 hours straight doing every exercise you can think of and he is strong as a bull when my other buddy does 3 exercises and can't go anymore..
