Flat BB
Incline DB
Decline BB
Dips 3 x 10 - OR - cable presses
Fridays
Flat DB
Incline BB
Decline DB
Dips 3x10 - OR - cable presses
I like this one too alternating 5X5 for a couple of weeks then pyramid for a couple of weeks (8,5,2,5,8) I also alternate which exercise I start with Flat, incline, and I switch out decline with incline every other week.
