What's Your Genetic Gift?

Shoulders & chest are great with little difficulty and calves are huge from nothing but cardio. Traps barely grow no matter how hard I hit them.

But the one that really pisses me off is that last little bit of love handle/back fat that just won't go away!
 
Like the op I was Gymnast when in hs and my back arms shoulders and traps are my strongest and easily developped than anything else.

Hey bro, u have any tips to get that big trap look, I've been trying for a while to get my traps up, been training them like 3 days a week heavy, don't know if I'm overtraining them. Sorry for high jacking but my calves are the gift that I have.
 
Super high natty test levels, being the only male over 21 in my gigantic family with hair (2 grandpas, 10 uncles, 25-30 male 1st cousins), and my arms...but not my forearms because that would be just too damn normal.
 
Natural ability to stay cut.

Please aware me how you manage that? You have a really good physique man no homo. Are you an ectomorph? You look like one. In my opinion they are the best bodytype and the most aesthetic. But that's just me anyway. Have you cycled before or is that pic all natural? Credit to you man.

Traps isa small muscle so heavy training is not going to make them big its going to make them strong. I always do high intesity low weight for them meaning i go up in reps and weight but I start out low.

Smith Machine upright row
25 plates on each side and go up by increments of 5lbs
4 sets start at 10 reps work my way to 18 reps. I make sure to squeeze for a sec once I get to the chin.

Shoulder shrug again not heavy at all end up with 225 at 15-18 reps workin my way up.

Now for the life of me I dont know what this is called but a guy years ago taught me tgis excersice. Sit on an incline bench reversed so face is touching back. Take a set of dumbells and try and touch your elbows behind your back. It works directly on the lower leg of the trap. Thats all I really do sometimes ill change barbell shrug to dumbell shrug but I really put an emphasis on my traps to feel every rep.

They have grown to the point I have had to back off them because they hurt when I squat.

I don't know what it's called, but unless you drink a helluva lot of water, you may want to get that looked at! I can't starve off that much weight in a week.
 
Must be nice to have so many above average bodyparts guys. I'm extremely chest and shoulder heavy, not aesthetic at all. I look like a damn miniature Ruhl!! That's what I get for my Austrian genetics though.
 
Dead lifts for me, my first day in the gym I did 160kg for 1, 3 of my other mates could not budge the weight, not sure if its good or average I just knew it was good compared to my other mates. Even now after 1 year of training I think a 230kg 1 rep max is pretty good considering I only started dead lifts properly about 7 months ago
 
Legs, Back, Arms. in that order. legs are fuckin huge, back is wide as fuck too. and strong. had to stop training legs for a little to give the upper body a chance to catch up.
