Hey guys. So I think it's time I switched up my routine, my normal routine is 2 body parts per session. Unless shoulders, there the only group I train solo.
I train 5-6 days a week.
Back and tri
Chest and bi
Shoulders
Calves and core
Legs and whatever I have energy left for, normally forearms and neck.
I train 45mins to an hour.
Recently I am wanting to switch up my routine. Maybe a full body each day? Or half?
I will have to lower weight since I go balls to the wall on my normal routine and I know I won't have the energy for a 3rd or 4th body part.
So what routine do you guys do? What works best for you?
