right now I do 1 muscle group a day usualy like this
mon- chest
4-5 sets of flat bench
4 sets of incline
4 sets of decline machine press
3 sets of db flys either incline/decline/flat
3 sets of cable flys
3-4 sets of pullovers
calves/abs morning time/ after 20mins cardio
tue-bis/tris
4 setsskull crushers
4 setsbehind the neck presses w/one dumbbell
4 setscable extensions w/rope
4 sets of seated dumbbell curls
4 sets of straight bar curls standing
4sets of ez curl bar curls on preacher
wed legs
4-5 sets squats
3-4 sets heavy leg presses
4 sets leg extensions
4 sets leg curls
3 sets striaght legged deadlift
calves morning time
thur shoulders
4-5 sets of smith machine presses
4 sets upright row
4 sets of shrugs with barbell
3 sets of front raises with dumbbells
3 sets of side lateral raises with dummbellss
3 sets for rear delts either lying on a bench or bent over
fri back
4-5 sets of pullups with body weight
4 sets of dumbbell rows
3 sets of t-bar rows
4 sets of seated cable rows
3-4 sets of deadlift/back extensions
calves/abs morning 20 min cardio
for all of the sets I try for 10 for the first couple of sets then go for 6-8 on the rest. And maybe about a min to min and 1/2 of rest in between
before doing this routine I was going 2 on 1 off and had awesome results using the same workout above just divided up between the days. But I thought that maybe I would get better results if I did a big body part early in the day then hit a smaller one at nite....and I also wanted to split my leg workouts up to better hit the quads on one day and then hams the next time I trained legs......like I said I haven't started it yet...but when I get back to the states I was going to start a 2 times a day workout and see what happend....
