When can I start taking HGH as beiggner?

Hi all, I Haven't worked out in 5 years, and getting back. so just checking if I decide to go with hgh , how long I need to hit the gym before I can start HGH ?

Hgh only really won't do what your probably thinking it will. Better do some more reading up on it bud...
