when cycling do you use your pre work out supplement such as jacked 3D?

I am now in my fourth week of cycling. because of possible blood pressure issues I am NOT going to use a pre workout like jacked 3d while cycling. with that said I do feel that I could use the extra help sometimes. if I use a pre workout supplement I probably could step up my workout game by 10 percent. at times I still have to dig down deep for that extra inspiration to work through the pain.
 
I use straight arginine and bcaa powders. Don't really need anything though but give it a shot and see how it works. Everyone reacts differently while on cycle.
 
1-3 dimethylamylamine was banned by the FDA due to 42 Cases of adverse effects including death. There could be other factors with these issues and FDA is pretty corrupt....but jack3d is terrible anyway. I used it in the past, it pumped me up for 15 minutes then gave me the poops. I switched to no explode and it works great for me. I really only take it on my low carbs days, if I don't get enough sleep or energy is low. When 3j fixed my diet, I really don't have a huge need to preworkout supps since food does it for me.

I do want to try beta alanine though. My brother tells me it's good.

I've tried several Pre's and I know what ingredients I like. Beta Alanine and caffeine are the only things I can actually feel. Caffeine gives me energy and Beta Alanine does give an itchy/tingly sensation that makes me want to get up and throw some weights around. No other ingredients have made much of an impression on me--pump or energy-wise.
