During the week I manage to get in about 2 hrs of gym time a day. Thats just enough. You know I never liked getting off work and hitting a crowded gym. I never liked reading about someone doing that either.
Its crowded and you want to go home and sleep. What about those people who work 16 hrs a day, get in 1-2 hrs at the gym and all they do is sleep. What a life! Work is tiring.
When do you get your workouts in? If you have weekends off, do you catch up on your gym time? Do you catch up on lagging body parts. Do you do crossfit, or something else? Whose a week and a weekend warrior?
