Well SC seems to be the only one here that likes to give advice, but with my personal experience 6 days a week is too much, were not pro's. Ive taken many courses and have have been taught by many trainers in Cali. and heres their advice. Clen works miracles but remember it's all in your diet. If you want to lose weight dont eat less just eat right. Believe it or not that book Fit for life will help you lose unwanted body fat. It will tell you to eat 6 small meals daily, 1 protein 1 carb, ex. top srloin with one sweet potato. Purpose for all the small meals is to keep your metabolism running like a racehorse. Only weight train three days a week with circuit machines. Free weights can make you a little, what I call She RA. Do cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-3- minutes. Do your exercising first thing in the morning. Wake up at 6 a.m. drink two glasses of water then immediately workout. Purpose for this is it will help burn off some of those fat deposits that built up over night. Good luck hope this helps it has for many.
