When should I start Clen after cycle is over?

Just wondering when I finish up in 5 weeks when and how much clen should I take with my Clomid?
 
none, i think that theory is hogwash. I personally would want to have full use of all the cals i am taking in during pct, not burning them at a quicker rate. You want to hold onto all that muscle.

Me too.......I've never seen a study yet that shows Clen is anti-catabolic in humans.
 
It seems to work for some people but not everyone. Maybe because the studies showing it works as an anti-catabolic were done on rats and livestock and some people are genetically closer to those than others.
However I don't see that this is what the man asked about. No one asked him why he is using clen post-cycle and he may have another reason. I do, I use it to start cutting immediately after a bulking cycle. It helps me with water retention. Just a thought.

i here you, but when someone asks about clen with post cycle therapy (pct) it is just assumed they are using it as an anticatabolic. And i thought you don't bulk anymore, lol.
 
****, looks like there could be some money down the drain. The reason I got it again was because it helps me get rid of unwanted fat quickly. I thought that when my cycle was over a little fat would come on and that the clen would help combat that. What do you guys think?
 
I was also going to use the clen to lose some fat and it has been about a month since i finished my pct.

its not money down the drain. im sure you will find use for it sometime or another. but i think these guys are correct. it does however help me with water retention right after a cycle. just my 2 ccs of info.
 
Clen is perfect for post cycle therapy (pct) - You'll find most top trainers implementing into their clients program. I would not go on a high dose, but 60 mcg / day for 4 weeks will suit you fine.

With that being said - Keep your kcals where you were on cycle.
 
That's what I fiqured to Dirk. My experience with clen has been great. It seems to actually help strength and lean mass for me. When do you think I should start it? You 60mcg, I usually go two days on two off do you recommend that as well?
 
Hi im a gal who is 5'7 and am 150 who is 20 and im looking to lose some weight fast! about 5-10 lbs in two weeks. I work out 6 times a week. I wrk out 3 times a week that is intense and then 3 times that is moderate. I run and do the elyptical. I have Clen but i dont know what is the most effective way to use it and lose weight. Currently i am only eating brocolii and carrots, with tuna, eggs, and shrimp. What can i do to help my weight be lost?
 
Well SC seems to be the only one here that likes to give advice, but with my personal experience 6 days a week is too much, were not pro's. Ive taken many courses and have have been taught by many trainers in Cali. and heres their advice. Clen works miracles but remember it's all in your diet. If you want to lose weight dont eat less just eat right. Believe it or not that book Fit for life will help you lose unwanted body fat. It will tell you to eat 6 small meals daily, 1 protein 1 carb, ex. top srloin with one sweet potato. Purpose for all the small meals is to keep your metabolism running like a racehorse. Only weight train three days a week with circuit machines. Free weights can make you a little, what I call She RA. Do cardio 2-3 times a week for 20-3- minutes. Do your exercising first thing in the morning. Wake up at 6 a.m. drink two glasses of water then immediately workout. Purpose for this is it will help burn off some of those fat deposits that built up over night. Good luck hope this helps it has for many.

Oh, by the way run the clen 2 day's on then 2 off. As far as dosage I would rather see one of the more knowledgable guys tell you, since your a girl. My quess is they might say 40mcg's.
 
No don't run your clen 2 days on / 2 days off - Run your clen straight for the 4 weeks. Then get off. The idea of only being able to run clen for 2 weeks without receptors burning is bunk.

Just need to know what your doing.

do u have a study to back that up...i am curious about this myself.

I think the 2 weeks on 2 weeks off came about because clen supposedly lost its anti catoblic capabilities after two weeks, if you beleive that. I honestly have not read alot on clen in years, but i think it will continue to burn fat longer than that. Like i said the reason i don't clen post cycle is the few times i have taken it, it makes my training suffer, and i don't feel like i am using carbs efficiently, it almost feels like i am training carb restricted even though i am not. We are all different, but these are my experiences.
 
Do you wanna see my studies: ITS called real world results. Its working with BB on a day in and out basis. Studies are great but hardly ever do they work out in real life as they do on paper.

I just had a guy compete this saturday - We ran his clen for 6 weeks leading up to the show. And he continued to lose fat that entire time, without any changes in his diet and very little in his cardio.

I run Clen for at least 8 weeks in a row. Every 4th week I will take 1-2 mg's of ketotifen per night before bed to up regulate my beta 2 receptors. It works great - the old cycling off clen theory is becoming obsolete thanks to drugs like ketotifen which can be stacked with beta agonists.
