When to take what

Here is my list of supps that i take everyday. My question is, to you take a fist full of pills everymoring or do you take some in the morning and some at night.
reason for the question is because some time i get a stomach ache. As always thanks in advance for the replys.


multivitamin/multimineral
glucosamine
probiotics
phosphatidylserine
b-complex
fish oil
all the above i take with breakfast

arginine and krealkalym 1500 after work out and just mid day on my off days
 
I split mine up either between breakfast and lunch or breakfast and dinner depending on what it is.
 
Nothing wrong with taking that list of items with one meal.

As for the arginine, if you're going to take it, I'd use it pre-workout, but I'd opt for l-citrulline or citrulline malate, as they're shown to increase arginine levels in blood.
