Oh really? Not in Texas? Does DFW ring a bell to you? So yeah it can happen. You're acting like the law is fair. You really think the "it wasn't me" shit will work? They aren't idiots they know the chances of somebody just sending a stranger a controlled substance is less than that of a person that has some involvement.
Again I don't want to get into this or make people paranoid but let's just say yes just out of the blue if it was a one time thing they wouldn't do anything but say there was a paper trail like a customs notice they keep track of that stuff they can use that against you.
yeah, lived there, Not a chance in hell. Again, the package is never an issue, it's the payment method. paper trail of shipments? I've got 7 witnesses saying I sent them all back. Come on man, its not rocket science. Most objections can easily be overcome. But it would never get to that stage.
If this was as risky as you make it sound, most of us would be in jail. I suspect no one has experienced this, and if they were ever questioned, it was in regards to the source.
But I respect your opinion and prefer your level of cautiousness. We will have to agree to disagree on enforcement of an unopened package that is a federal crime to access by anyone without a warrant but the recipient.
