Where do you have your gear shipped?

Oh really? Not in Texas? Does DFW ring a bell to you? So yeah it can happen. You're acting like the law is fair. You really think the "it wasn't me" shit will work? They aren't idiots they know the chances of somebody just sending a stranger a controlled substance is less than that of a person that has some involvement.

Again I don't want to get into this or make people paranoid but let's just say yes just out of the blue if it was a one time thing they wouldn't do anything but say there was a paper trail like a customs notice they keep track of that stuff they can use that against you.

yeah, lived there, Not a chance in hell. Again, the package is never an issue, it's the payment method. paper trail of shipments? I've got 7 witnesses saying I sent them all back. Come on man, its not rocket science. Most objections can easily be overcome. But it would never get to that stage.

If this was as risky as you make it sound, most of us would be in jail. I suspect no one has experienced this, and if they were ever questioned, it was in regards to the source.

But I respect your opinion and prefer your level of cautiousness. We will have to agree to disagree on enforcement of an unopened package that is a federal crime to access by anyone without a warrant but the recipient.

I guess we're talking about different things now. I wasn't talking about probable cause, or warrants, I know that they need warrants to open a package. Unless it was an international shipment because customs doesn't need warrants.

I was specifically just talking about how they use signatures to bust you.

I live in Dallas, and if you're saying that they don't use signatures to bust you, I'm sorry I have to say you are wrong. When I say, "I'm speaking from personal experience" do you not understand what I'm saying?

Anyway this isn't worth my time to argue. I was just agreeing with the one guy about the signatures, and you came in and made it sound like, "don't worry about signatures" and I was just trying to say that he was correct.

But hey, in all honesty I don't give a shit, don't have time for this. Sign for packages all you want, I couldn't really care less.

I'm out.

I could care less either, lol. I only sign for prescriptions... but from my UGL days, in FW, I spoke from experience, too.

Send it to your house, hell if your that damn paranoid you shouldn't be ordering to begin with, just pay gym prices then.. Its all part of the game.

They don't give a rats ass about a small personal use order. From experience I can tell you if they do show up at your door it will be for a large amount and multiple orders of it, I had a friend who had the pleasure of experiencing this first hand, they showed up and had pictures of all the packages he received, confiscated his comp, gear, etc. etc. He ended up with 24 months for importation of a controlled substance and possession with intent. And this was due to international shipping and crossing borders where they are allowed to open the packages, if your ordering in the same country as austinite stated it would be a federal offense to open someone else's mail without a warrant and I highly doubt they would take the time to invest money into trying to bust a small timer

but is its not coming to your house in your name and you sign for it anyway can you be busted?

Didn't see this. Last reply and I'm out. In my case, yes you can. My package was in a fake name, I had a mailbox at a mailbox place, I walked in an undercover postal inspector asked me to sign for the package even though it wasn't signature required but, I didn't know what was going on at the time and I signed for it. When I walked out of the place and got in my car, cops drove out from the back of the building and parked infront of my car and came out with guns drawn and I was arrested.

In my case there was a paper trail because it was coming internationally and I had got multiple customs seizure notices which I just ignored but, now I know they keep those as a paper trail. So even if I said it wasn't mine or that it was coming in a different name it wouldn't work because there was a paper trail recorded of multiple shipments going to that address and getting seized. If you're going domestic you have nearly nothing to worry about at all, as mentioned warrants are needed to open your package and unless your package opened during transit or leaking or whatever, then there's no way for them to know what's inside. If you're doing international then if you get a customs notice you should consider your address and burned and not use the same address again.

I use different last name on these types of orders, I don't know if that'll do any good.
Even if I sign for something, they would need more evidence than that signature to file anything against me. Personally even if I don't expect a package, I will still sign for it. It's hard to keep track of what you're getting, when half of your everyday purchases come from amazon. Paying cash at WU is a way to go.

Have a friend that already has a record order my powder and I just make my own half the time. For small orders from labs I have sent to my house. Not too worried. I don't sell and use it all for personal use.
