From time to time we like to see where our members are at with their training, and where they d like to be in say 6 months.

Personally..my avi is accurate..a bit lighter and tighter.

Being ex powerlifter I ll post up lifts..

Deads 315 x12

(Squats are a no go..left knee rebuilt twice, right knee next.)

16 plates on leg press x 12

Dumbell curl 60 s for 8..do the stack on all arm movements..

Goals ? Find peace in my mind and then my appetite..get fat down to single digits..8 ? Im prove my tan:wiggle:

Me - former national-level bodybuilder - middleweight.

That is me in the avi to the left - taken a little over a week ago on my 41st birthday.

For me, training is the foundation from which all of my personal successes extend. So, yeah, it is a paradigm for living.

Now, 5'5" - 181 pounds at 7.1% DEXA measured bodyfat.

Goal is to maintain a healthy level of muscle mass that I've built over my 26 years of bodybuilding.

Currently, my training is higher reps with lighter weights.

Flat bench 3 sets of 10 reps with 275 pounds
Incline DB 3 sets of 10 reps with 100s

Squats 3 sets of 10 reps with 405

Bent Rows 3 sets of 10 reps with 275

Db Lateral Raises with 60s for 3 sets of 10 reps. (I don't shoulder press - never got anything out of it).

I'm am happy with my current condition and mass but I would like to improve triceps by adding a little lost mass. I've had elbow issues for the past 3 years that have made tricep training difficult and I've lost some mass i want back.

I am over a year on Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT) of 200 Test cyp a week, Adex .5 mg EOD, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 750 iu 1X per week, and fina 1.25 mg ED.

just got done with a 12 week test/dbol(at the end(wk 8-11) 375 test, 200 dbol, without dbol, i was at 500mg test, 25mg aromasin ed, Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) 250 iu 2x week)

started at 237, ended at 258
my shoulders and upper chest seemed to get the most out of this cycle
was able to incline bb 315 for sets of 10
(only could do a few before)
military bb press 275 for 7(1-2 prior)

squatted 500 atg a couple of week ago, havent tried 500 in probably a decade
405 for sets of 8 on squats

i hit 500lb dead for set of 3, havent tried it in years
able to fo 15 pullups at 258

point of last cycle was for libido only but gotta love all the gains in the gym

if i can mitigate my downtime on post cycle therapy (pct), i will be back on cycle next year(instead of my avg 4-7 yr wait inbetween)
i also plan on getting down to 220-215 prior to next cycle so my bodyweight doesnt get this high next time as im only 5'10, and my goal next cycle would not be libido, but to get as lean as possible as i like the bf this cycle cut from me

Started bodybuilding in high school at age 16. Took other interests and got back into it not too long ago. I'm at 216lbs. right now, just trying to put on as much mass as possible. not too worried about the bodyfat, but never had a problem with that anyway. Some lifting stats:

Squats: 415 x 6
bench: 185 x 8
deads: 335 x 2
leg press: 1105 x 8

5x10..very impressive..jeez.,,your forearms could feed a somalian village for a week.

I got so many titanium fixtures holding my chasis together, knees, shoulder, back, left forearm...it s only possible to dream of those numbers again w-o either a real cycle, or pain meds..both of which will really not be an option what with peace n my head being my paramount goal.

DAWG is a badass and 5x10 nice work. Your shoulders and chest are looking big. Now I need to stop typing while driving.
 
Right now I am in carb depletion so Ive lost some strength cutting down a bit but here are my lifts before the carb depletion

Bench: 275 3-4 sets of 12
Squat: 465 3-4 sets of 10
deadlift(straight leg): 315 3-4 sets of 10
Shoulder Press: 225 3 sets of 13-15
Leg Press: whatever 16 plates is 3 sets of 8-12
 
I use to walk around at about 235. After a few injuries I realised that this weight wasn't working for me anymore so I hit the reset button. It wasn't easy but I really had to make some tough choices.

I bench/train on 4 plates but now and then I throw a 2 1/2 on each side to look tough.
I curl 2 plates
Dead lift 8 plates
Max out the row machine
Had knee sergery this year so I don't do much for the legs right now.

I carry most of my muscle in my back and shoulders but I was suprised to see that I put nearly 2 inched on my arms this cycle... Close to 18" now.

I'm pretty confident that I will come in a very lean 200lb next spring - Ripped even. That will be just perfect for me. When I hit my goal I'll post up some before and afters.

Best gear I ever used was my first cycle... Dbol only but I added some test 5 weeks in and kept the dbol going for the full cycle. Went something like 14 weeks.

It was Russion Dbols and some kind of test from Thailand. We met up with this guy who had a briefcase full of amps. I couldn't tell you if it was test, Sustanon (sust), Deca or whatever but that stuff crazy powerful. I got pretty concerned about it at one point and started cutting back the dosage. So we all kicked in 300 bucks each and walked away with this case. Got on the bus with oil dripping all over that place from broken amps, got it home and devided it up. The case was full of oil so everyone starts dipping in and rubbing on our arms and shit. Don't ever do that... You will sparkle for a week.

The guy with the briefcase hands me a paper with a name and number on it. He says that you are going to need clomid so you keep your gains. He's a good guy. So I'm thinking Great ! More steroids, right on ! I call the guy and he says it's going to cost XXXX dollars. Well that's nearly what we paid for the amps. I'm thinking this shit must be good so we go meet up with him. Here's this guy standing on the corner with a little box with blister packs in it. We are looking like... This is a rip off. This tiny box compared to the briefcase of amps don't look right. The guy sells us the story behind it and we walk away with our heads down.... I still don't know what that shit did but I been taking it ever since... There is so much to learn about steroids now and the future looks really good compared to when I started. Tho the gear is much weaker I'm sorry to say.

I'm not a big guy by nature so I think I'm going in a direction that will serve me much better over the coming years. My days of heavy bulking are over. I can't burn fat like I use to and perfer to be lighter now.

And I hate fucking diets !

I'm sitting between 228-230. Have been heavier and have been less at 6ft. I cut down on weight some months back and am taking a slow road to building it back up. Honestly I'm not looking to go any higher in weight right now. Looking to keep fairly lean without being to strict with a diet.

Currently running some test/Deca/mast

Goal is to continue building strength and figure out this shoulder/back injury.

I am just starting a blast again at 500mg a week of test E for a nice 12 week then back to cruising at 250 a week

Lifting stats currently doing 5x5 for my first compound exercise then 4 more exercises at 8 to 12 reps

Bench (my strong point) 5x5 at 405
Squat (it sucks I know) 5x5 at 380 dont like to push it bad knees\
Deadlift 5x5 at 405
preacher curl 5x5 140

Looking to get leaner an stay around the same lean mass or even add to it diet is clean thanks to 3j

bench, 295 3xs decline
255 for reps flat
225 2-4s incline
deads, 375 5xs

sqauts, glut up to 375

leg press maxes machine out

chest are shoulder are a problem cause im working with two torn labrums and arthritis in my left shoulder. proly wont get it fixed as I have had my left shoulder fixed to no avail.

age is 26, weight I stay around 190 right now I am an easy gainer but tend to put on fat around my belly so I would like to lean out a pound or two to get into single digits if im not there already. my goals are to get back to around 225 or bigger but all muscle this time. would like to increase strength but not sure how the shoulders are going to hold up.legs can take all I van throw at them so will focus strength there. just trying to get a big athletic build.

props to cashout and a couple of the others looking lean as hell maybe ill get there one day:-)

right now im just on my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) dose of test 300mg/ EW

Going to start a cycle in september consisting of Test/Deca/Dbol

Right now im still recovering from shoulder impingement/labrum surgery back in january....im rebuilding my strength and trying to get healed so i can start my next cycle,my surgeon released me in april to workout again so im taking 4-5 months natural so i can start over....

Here was my lifts before surgery,i was on the 5/3/1/ Strength program right before my surgery(just bench pressing)

Flat bench press-350 lbs 3 sets of 5

Incline bench press-335 lbs 3 sets of 5

Flat db press-130lb-3 sets of 6

Incline db press-125lb-3 sets of 6

Squat-405lb dont squat real heavy,bad knees

no deadlifts,and not real heavy leg presses

Military BB Press-305 lb sets of 4

Thanks for the props guys. I have always stayed less than 10% body fat even during my bulking phases.

I try to stay between 7%-8% year round nowadays.

At my age it is even more important to maintain a lower level of body fat for general health and well being.

Back in my competitive days I always liked to stay no more than 15 pounds from contest weight. It made prep so much easier. At my height and contest weight I looked like a huge middle weight next to taller guys.

Thanks User but I'm no Badass. I've just got 26 years for fine tuning and a whole lot of education from which to draw inspiration.
