27yrs old, 5/7, 72kg, not a bb but been lifting for 3yrs, proper for 1.5yr, im an ectomorph but have tackled the food, started at 59.5kg ringing wet! however have stalled
and was after advice. i have got my hands on 10ml vile of sus250 and some d-bol tabs. which of these would be the best for gains considering this is all i have to work with?
week1-10- 250mg of sus
week1-6 - 40mg dbol daily, or
week1-4- 250mg of sus
week1-4- 40mg dbol daily
week5-7- 500mg of sus
advice would be GREATLY appreciated, this is all i have to work with, would you consider either of the two or wait and hope that i can get some more sus being the small dosage?
