White Noise

So I had a strange thing happen to me yesterday and I am wondering what it is.. I was doing incline press @ 260lbs (my current max) and on my rep when I first lifted the bar off the rack I had like a "brain delay" for less than 1 second.. but I heard like static like the TV and had to place the bar back down on the rack.. when I stood up I was really dizzy for like 20 seconds..

these are my last vitals (like last week) I am going to be doing some blood panels soon.. do you think it could be BP related? My BP looks ok I think but I can't think of any other reason.

Blood Pressure:
136/73

Pulse Rate:
90

Temperature:
96.9

Temp Source:
Tympanic

Height:
6' 3" (1.92 m)

Weight:
203 lb (92.183 kg)

actually I have been having some issues lately.. I think becuase of the increased test.. or could be actually real.. but slight depression and anxiety, lack of being able to sleep.. pupils have been dialated a few times and i looked like a crack head or something

i'm running dbol 80mg eod test e 750mg/week currently

I had this once.

fucking bizarre, there was a loud BLEEEEEP....then it all went white and I heard white noise.

I swear to god we're all plugged into the matrix and one of my wires got loose for a second, lols

and again if you were lifting really heavy you could have just popped an ear drum like atmospheric pressure does when diving or going in an airplane

fdw kinda hit it in the head

matrix wins..

well, I guess it can't be too serious since nobody really knows what is going on, so that puts me at ease.. I will just watch out for any other possible signz that something is wrong

btw.. i don't want to reference htis.. but i always feel like i have to take a sh$t.. not like constipated.. but leaky ._.

but somebody told me dbol cuases this

Where you holding you breath? Not breathing properly while lifting can cause this as well. Just a thought.
During heavy lifting, systemic blood pressure is increased from what is called the valsalva maneuver. It is simply the act of forceful expiration with the mouth and nose closed producing a "bearing down" on the abdomen. Most people do this during heavy lifts such as squats or deadlifts. Pressure also increases due to blood vessels being occluded by contracting muscles.
