Who can bench twice their bodyweight?

and are you on or off cycle? What are your chest routines? What are your stats?

I can't and never have been able to on or off cycle. Bench 325 and weigh 170 currently.
 
I cant and I dont think I ever will. I am 6"4 254lbs 18years old and I barly reach my own weight. I bench 255max and when I gain weight ill be like 275lbs so I dont think its possible for me to bench 2x my weight ever. And I am not on juice yet.
 
I think sometimes smaller bro's like myself have a much easier time attaining that goal. it is a goal I want to acheive.

lifting since the new year, but have done strength training in the past from boxing and football, but not stictly with weights.

I weigh about 192 lbs
 
I weigh 270 now so..umm..NOPE! I'm not real strong on benching considering my size. Have pretty long arms so I don't think I will ever hit the really huge numbers.

Im 203lbs (yes 203) and I bench 405lbs for 1. My goal is 4 reps at 205. A bit bigger, and leaner.

When I was a less lean 225lbs, I was able to bench 405lbs 3 times.
 
golden thats why you got big tris from the havy benching. I have hit dbl BW a couple of differnt times. 575 @ 285 or so and 585 @ 290-295. i tried 600 a couple of monthys ago while at 298 and missd it twice. just started a new training cycle so in a couple of months ill max out again. current stats are 6' 300ish. i have a good friend who hit 665 @ 211 and 635 @ 193. both of those are over triple BW. he has the ring to show for it. also all these benches are with a pause (the bar is motionless on the chest and then the press command is given) and no bouncing.
 
the key to big numbers is not overtraining. you want to find out what volume you can sustain without over training. it takes a while to find and it also changes. better to start off low volume and build from there if need be.

he is proud of it. as he should be. he is an incredible athlete. he also has a 765 squat and a 640 dead at 193.
