Who's got monstrous traps?

I have nice size traps.. My thing.is i do traps 6days a week.. For about 500-800 reps.. Broken down.is.sets of 50.. With pyramid sets no resting.inbetween sets.. RESTING INBETWEEN SETS IS.FOR.THE WEAK AND BRITTLE.. STRAIGHT THRU IS FOR THE GODS!!!

You should start not resting between lifting... Just always lift.

I was the guy that people used to say "that's too much weight, you need to work on technique not weight" ..... Now I'm the guy that they say "how do you get your traps so big"....
Massive weights is the answer, strapped weight I'm on 7 'n' 1/2 plates each side for 10 reps, 310kg .... Now I'm not saying my technique is perfect on that weight cos I'm just bouncing it up and down, but on 5 plates each side 220kg its like play time now......
Pile it up is my answer then whats heavy for others will become light for you.... In time'
 
Actually "kingbeaatmode" has great traps too... Obviously different techniques work for different people.

Well in order to look great with big traps you have to have genetically gifted shoulders to. My best to body parts are shoulders and traps. At 19 years old I shoulder shrugged over 600 pounds about 3 to 4 reps in took all the weights the machine could use plus my friend standing on top of the shoulder shrug machine. Lol needless to say I had to go to the chiropractor a few fucking times after that. It will tighten your jaw muscles and eventually give you pain in your teeth and neck if you get your traps to big. They will push on your neck/upper spine and cause problems. You wont be able to sit right you will need massages and chiropractor appointments. It is a easy muscle to get big for some people but it also is dangerous considering it is not meant to get that big and directly involved with the turning of your head and how your head is positioned on your body. I recommend for bodybuilding purposes just go with a symmetrical muscle structure you probably wont need your traps as big as I was talking about ever.

Power lifters are a different story they can do whatever the fuck they want I don't care lol. They are big 280 pluss pound guys who eat oral steroids like candy and i don't think they care if their neck hurts from it being to big. and i don't think they have a choice on lowering the size of any of their muscles. I like power lifters better than bodybuilders. I just do not want that physique. I admit though i would have way more fun being a power lifter any day of the week. I love lifting heavy i love taking lots of gear and i hate bodybuilding diets.

lol.... well whenever I face book a girl she bitches at me for typing something to long... But I always tell her " it would have taken 1 minute to say, it just looks a lot longer when typed" Lol needless to say I haven't heard back from any girls on face book for a while :(
