I've heard you can't run finistride (propecia) with Deca. Why is that? Has anyone had any experience with this?
Who's run finistride amd Deca together?

dude we already know you are not suppose to do it....this is a question that needs to be answered by cashout...imo hes the most knowledgable guy on this site when it comes to hair related issues...

The short version...
Deca needs to interact via the 5-ar pathway so the it can reduce to DHN - a less androgenic and more anabolic substrate of Deca.
If you run fina or duta concurrently with Deca, you will eliminate the interaction of the Deca with the 5-ar. The unreduced Deca is androgenic enough to greatly impact the hairline in a negative way - i.e. accelerate MPB if one is inclined to it in the first place.
Don't run Deca with Fina/Duta

In that case - test and deca together - you are really "robbing Peter to pay Paul." Ha - went biblical on ya!
Yeah, the fina/duta will lessen the effects of the test on your hairline but the unreduced deca could quite likely cause equally negative effect on the hair.
I'm here daily, just reserving my input for those areas where I have some insight that adds value.

Well I'm about to run Test Tren and Winni with the finistride. Ya for me. I'm fine on cycle but holy shit batman I start Shedding when I come off. Just Started the finistride Monday. Maybe I should choose some different Compounds. I still have a full head of hair but I have noticed some thinning. So do you suggest a better choice of compounds Cashout?

also cashout...I think you should just write up a list of steroids and hair products to use with them and we can petition the mods to make it a sticky!!! These questions get asked all the time
If hairloss is the major concern - do the test with fina/duta skip the deca.
Yup, you might be giving up a few pounds by dropping the deca but again, if hair is a big issue, gotta skip the deca.
I know, it ain't easy. Deca/test was good to me 20 years ago, but once I started to see the hair receding and I got into the clinical trials of fina, I've never run anything but test and my hairline looks like it did 20 years ago when I was in college.
Of course, I'm 40 now so being a 40 year old guy with a great head of hair is something in which I take pride. I love the compliments I get about it as much as I love the "dude, your jacked comments."
So, you can have your cake and eat it too.
Tren is a killer on the hair line. It is the most androgenic commercially available AAS. There is nothing that will prohibit Tren from wrecking your hair line if you are inclined to MPB.
Winny is DHT reduced and it won't have a great effect on the hair line in moderate dosages. For the most part, most DHT-reduced AAS are far less androgenic than test and they don't need to interact with the 5-ar for reduction (since they are already reduced).

Great idea. I'll see if I can get something together in the next week or so. Got tons on my plate right now - giving finals and grading labs, and sitting through dissertation defenses from now until end of the month. That's part of the reason I haven't posted much.
Only on tonight b/c the wife is out with her girlfriends and my kids are in bed.

If I took a pic you would tell me to shut the fuck up. Full head of hair, today at least. Just finished Test Tren Cycle 12 weeks and now I'm shedding, when I hardly shed at all on. Who fuking knows. I know Tren is a killer but its hard to say no 2. So the only real choice is Test and Finistride?
In the long run, if you want to keep that hair and you are genetic inclined to MPB, yup.

haha good enough reasons for me!! Im on and off while I study cardiac pathophysiology...its actually very interesting stuff!! I didnt get a kick out of adv pharm though...kicked my ass!

when I first started this hair search I thought about writing something for a sticky but im way out of the info loop compared to you...take your time and dont stress over it...just an idea but would help thousands!!!
