why do you think people shuld reach their "genetic potential" b4 aas?

You kind of answered your own question. You felt like you hit the ceiling of your potential. You exhausted all possibilities in the 4 years you were living the life style. Its fine to look for the thing that will take you to the next level, everybody in this forum has. To be safe you could've waited for your body to stop developing (endocrine system, bone plates ) but you didnt, big whoop. You eat right, train hard, so you've got the basics down.

Thanks good grip thats what i am getting at!

^^^ X 2 but my point is to spend some years putting in the work and building a solid foundation first.

years. with an "S." not weeks. not a month. not months. not "will be perfect when i'm on my cycle."

it's gotta be "you dun BEEN had that in check fo a GOOD MINUTE."

No problem Cap. For everyone that has waited to reach their potential and trained naturaly and got everything else on lock down, ther are 10 other up and comers who are impatient and want the quickest shortcut to the big leagues. Ive seen it all through my years goin to gyms and its never goin to change. Just the truth. Im not judging and some guys will know there potential a lot better than anybody else, CaptHowdy for example.

I dig giving out good sound advice though and should always be said as a "disclaimer".

My opinion is No.
My uncle has trained for 15 years had hes still not reached his genetic potential.
And before you think its his diet or training is out of wack he travels all of the country training with the best.
Guy currently weights around 86kg 3%bf and can Dead lift over 400kg
Competes in a lot of competitions with guys twice his weight and still wins.

.

sorry blaze, but no one is walking around at 3% BF. Pro BBers barely get there during shows.

Nice deadlift though. :D
