Why does my local pharmacy ask for I.D. when buying syringes?

My pharmacy doesn't ask for I'd but they do have you sign a book, so you can sign whatever name you like. Just make sure it's the same fake name if you frequent the place often and they recognize you

they also get your i.d. for bronkaid and shit like that. which i use for the EC stack. which im pretty sure is just to make sure you arent making drugs. i never worry about it. the people never really seem to really care either.

would feel a lil more nervous buying syringe mostly because its awkward.

so, you can just ask for whatever size needle you want when you go up there? wouldnt mind having some smaller needles so i can try different injection sites before my ass gets too sore with my 23 g lol

i buy 20-30 at a time. pins alone and pins w/ syringe. 21 to draw-25 to shoot. some people will give you a hard time some wont. i go to a privately owned pharmacy. they want to make as much as possible, they wont hassle you.

me as well, luckily at my kroger pharmacy, the pharmacist is a girl i graduated with and thats where i get my test for my testosterone replacement therapy (TRT) from and Ive never had any problems,Knock on wood, yet lol

Each state is different, but go down and get your gear. trust me, they dont give a shit. they just want to make sure your over 18....if not your mom and dad will have to get it....hehehe

They don't want any stupid kids making a syringe pit like in Saw 2.
I wonder if a cop has viable reason to search your car if he sees a sealed syringe on a random stop?

nope.........its not illegal to have syringes.

he could always say he thought he saw heroin though.

remember its against your constitutional rights for him to start investigating you for other reasons than the reason he pulled you over. he has to have SIGNIFICANT probable cause to start asking you any questions not related to the original reason he pulled you over.

lets say you get pulled over for not using your turn signal, and he starts asking you if you have anything illegal in the car...........then say is there a reason for you to believe i would have illegal weapons sir? if not i do not understand why your investigating me...........

I have a cop friend, cool guy, says that cops will "suddenly" smell something, like say weed or alcohol. They use that as a pretense to search. If they don't find anything then it's all good but if they do find, say a gram of SOMETHING, they'll arrest you even if the cop said he smelled alochol and busts you for a narcotic.

yea and if they dont find anything, get his badge number and go to the police station and file a harrassment case against him.........i bet money they dont mess with you again.

know your rights and exercise them. they know theirs like the back of their hand.

if he puts in the police report he smelled alcohol and found weed, with a good lawyer thats an easy dismissal

the problem is they will say they smell alcohol and then put in the report they smelled weed then your screwed. thats why its important to ask them why they are investigating you, and make sure they are doing what they say. there is no reason for them to search your car if they smell alcohol, they should be giving you a PBT.

and decline to do the whole walk the line shit, thats how they build evidence against you, go straight to the PBT

the truth is, the dumbest time to do something illegal is when your driving, you have way less rights than when in your home.

True. This was a nice little segue and I learned a fair bit, thanks.

Why skip the whole line walk thing?

Also, what is a good way to become more aware of your rights you have. I know most of the amendments, but short of going to college for a major/minor I am not interested in, what is a good way to know you local laws and limits?

they best way to know your rights is to look at past cases. thats why a lawyer will always reference a well documented case when making his argument.

the reason you skip the (damn why cant i remember term for it) walk the line show, is because they are building evidence against you at that point. wether you pass your questions or not they will still give you a PBT. they are just solidifying reasons for giving you a PBT, thats it. you have a right to decline it.

just like you have the right to decline the PBT, but most states will revoke your license for declining it.

Bottom line you shouldnt be drinking and driving, its just not smart.

for instance someone i know got pulled over after leaving the bar last year. she was driving someone else's car. the name on the vehicle had a suspended license, so thats the excuse they used to pull her over. the name on the vehicle was a male. it got dismissed because once the cop realized the driver of the car was a female, and not the male driver with the suspended license, he should have stopped his investigation at that point. she blew a 1.2 i was in the car.
