winny and the hairloss issue

how bad is Winstrol (winny) on the hair compared to deca and test and what meds can be used to fight its induced hairloss issue ,,,,does hairloss stop by the discontinuation of its use ,,i.e in 2 or 3 days ..peACE

I have not had any hair loss with test, deca and tren. But I did begin to shed when using winstrol. From what I have read and experienced, deca has the least propensity for hair loss. Test leads to hair loss because it converts to DHT. I think Winstrol (winny) leads to hair loss because it is a DHT derivative.

So finastride (proscar/propecia) is effective in preventing the conversion of test to dht, but I don't think it helps with Winstrol (winny). I could be wrong. I think your best bet would be a topical treatment like Niziral 2% shampoo or spiractilone (sp?).

Stanozolol is a DHT derivate so it can promote hairloss if you are prone to it.

Testosterone can convert to DHT via 5-alpha reductase. In that case a 5-ar inhibitor can prevent hairloss.

A 5-ar inhibitor doesn't work in the case of Winstrol just like other DHT derivates like Proviron and Masteron, so if you are prone to male pattern baldness don't touch these drugs.

what if i tried it along with nizoral or something and see how it goes and if i noticed shedding i will stop it immediately,,will that work or will i continue to shed ,,peace

Because of the short half-life of Winstrol (winny), any worsening should stop immediately. But I don't know how long it would take the dht to dissipate from the hair follicles.

With Finasteride do you have to continue taking it once you have started? Meaning once you start you shouldn't stop otherwise discontinued use will result in further balding? (Like rogaine)

No, use only needs to be continued as long as there are androgens in the system that are capable of being reduced to DHT. Along the same lines as anti-aromatose drugs. They only need to be taken when there are high levels or a hormone in the system that is prone to conversion - and needs to be stopped.
Another, and probably better, alternative for stopping 5-ar from occuring would be dutasteride. I don't have a lot of first hand knowledge in this area, as I'm blessed to not have the need for it. But from what I've gathered, you'd be best off using only minimal amounts of a systematic 5-ar drug (if at all) - and concentrating on topical solutions. Reasons being DHT has many important functions in the body and shouldn't be diminished too much, as well as sides from the systematic drugs.

I've noticed finasteride makes me dumb. I am signifigantly smarter while not on it. Well, I'm retarted already, and while on finasteride I go into full missing a chromosome dumb.

why is dutasteride better than propecia? I'm taking propecia and using nizoral and have been using both for 3 months and my hairline is still thinning.
