winny question

hey guys...i have 50mg tabs of BD Winstrol (winny). i plan on takin 50mg ED for the last 4 weeks of my cycle. should i juss take that whole tab once a day when i wake up...or should i spilt the 50mg tab up and take 25mg when i wake up and the other 25mg 12 hours later?

id split it in half.

more consistent blood levels that way.

I just take mine all at one, it has a nine hour half-life.

I have been splitting them up but not as long as twelve hours apart because i don't like to take it that close to bedtime.....So like 8 am and 4 pm.....If it only has a nine hour half life that means nine hours later half of it has left your body so i would take it in two doses...
