Ok fellas,
I just finished my first cycle ever of QV Winny's @ 50mg/ed for 6 weeks.
I was a toned 150lbs (with a somewhat beer gut).
First week, I had slight joint pains (more like annoyance) for like 3 days. I had more energy by week two. Strength increase slightly by week 3 and continue to week 4. When I started week 5, I was friggin pumped and I was a monster in the gym. My bodyfat started going down (in my tummy area). When I started the 6th week, my wrist was hurting bad for about 3 days.
So, right now, I am 145lbs. I am not bigger, but I am more cut, not as pumped was hoping for, but I did toned up any of the muscles I had, and bodyfat is down.
My only regret was not eating enough protein since my work hours got all screwed up.
Anyhoo, is this gain sufficient?
Also, I got some liquid clomid, do I take the 100mg/ed all at once or spread it out?
