Have been lurking for a while on the boards and know that the general consensus is test for first cycle... I am not interested in injecting, nor getting too large, nor dealing with many side effects. I tried searching but have not had much luck, also checked the cycles forum to see if anyone had a log, but nothing I could see.
I have a friend that did an oral whinny cycle and he recommended it as a fairly simple yet useful cycle with limited side effects. (I have been reading tons about other combos and I just don't think its for me)
Also thinking of cycling with some clen to cut down some fat
Here are some stats that I think will get asked:
Age: 32
Ht:5' 9"
Wt: 190
BF: dunno for sure hand reader is 15% and scale is 20-22% depending on hydration
Goals: Strength/endurance (MMA goal weight is 170pds as friends are sure that at 155 I would lose too much muscle, I was down to 175, but have been eating like a horse and lifting heavy, waist size never changed during the weight gain so i figure it is quality and bf only went up 2-3% on both fat testers)
Eating 1.5-2gr protein/day, drinking lots of H20, reduced sugar, complex/fibrous carbs (mostly clean and getting better every week, been getting great tips and ideas from the site for meals and eating)
Taking the standard supplements of creatine/glutimine/multi/efa
Training: (my partners plan,looking to change this up a little after reading the site)
Mon - Legs
Tues - Chest/Bi
Wed - Rest
Thurs - Back
Fri - Shoulder/tri
Sat/Sun - Rest
Any thoughts/help is appreciated.
