Winstrol+test

hi...im 21 years old.....i have ONE EQ/sust cycle behind me....i weight 181lbs.....i am cutting now...my BF is on 14%...my goal is 7% before the cure.... when i am at 7% im gonna start my cure....it looks like this....

V.1-V.6
Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/v (galenicia)
Winstrol (Winstrol STANZOL 5mg March Pharmceuticals) 30 mg ED

V2-V9
Nolvadex 20 mg ED


any comments??

I don't like that at all........too short on the test. This would be MUCH better.

V.1-V.10 - Test enan @ 500mg
V.7-V.12 - Winstrol (winny) @ 30mg/day

Start post cycle therapy (pct) the day after you stop the Winny.

Thanx...but is too long....i was in the begging just to take winstrol on its own...but then a friends said to me to throw in some test.....

ok if i skip the test.....what can i mix winstrol whit??...if i want quality/lean mass

quality/lean mass all comes from your diet, not from the drugs you take. if you eat clean you will deff. lose some bf% and put on lean muscle

before the cure my BF its gonna be on 7%...and thats the way i liek it to be the whole cure...if its possible..

i dont want any water retintion....so can i take nolvadex/proviron to stop the water??

id take arimidex at .5mg a day or femara at 2.5mg a day to stop the bloat

personally i dont like to run Winstrol (winny) without something like deca or eq... makes my joints hurt too much otherwise

who cares about bloat unless your competing dont worry about it. but i think the nolva will help with the bloat. enanthate will cause some bloat so throw sum proviron or nolva, if your using prop i wouldnt worry too much about the bloat, good luck and listen to these guys is it wasnt for them id be doing sum dumb shit, they know there stuff

Drop the Deca......only 6 weeks is a complete wase of time.

post cycle therapy (pct)......40mg/day of Nolvadex for the first 14 days, followed up with 20mg/day for another 14 days.

You can use Proviron instead of Arimidex, it does NOT work nearly as good, but for this cycle it will suffice.

ALA, I'd take 1,000 mg/day and get some Milk Thistle as well.
