Winter Bulk

One of my good friends showed up at the gym today, hes training to go pro in natural BB, he asked me to train with him half way through my session so my day got changed but it was good to switch it up. Did Bi/Tri for the first time in about 6 months.

Squats Barx10/135x10/185x8/225x6/245x4/285x5/285x5

Cleans 135x10/135x10/135x10 (never really did these but love the lift)

Calf sled 3x20

Destroyed my arms today, honestly dont even remember what we did or the weight but I got the best pump of my life for my arms and I am completely dead.

I wasnt too worried about switching it up a little, cleans are more of a whole body workout so I dont feel like I really sacrificed too much.

I might think about starting a new log and dropping this one. I have been working towards a new goal. 200lbs 9-10% bf. whether its possible for me to do naturally or not we will see, I would like to say it is more than acheivable for me.

lol yeah im still pluggin away a day at a time. haha i dont wanna be a fat ass tho, id like to stay around the same bf as I am now at the most, even if i lost a little would be nice.

This is going to be my last workout update here then Im going to start a new log with a new goal in mind starting monday.
